User Setup Details

Here you enter information for each of the district users.

The User Name, and the Password Fields are used to login to the system. The Access Permission Level allows for different editing capabilities.

• Super Administrator -- If you are editing this page, you are the Super Administrator. Only this level will allow for access to district administration.
• Group Administrator -- Normally this level refers to someone who is in charge of a specific area of the recreation program.
• Editor -- An Editor may enter new participants, sign people up for classes, and other editing tasks.
• Viewer -- The Viewer may only view records, but doesn't have the access to change any information.

Many web browsers, and Windows itself, are set up to automatically remember passwords. Because of this they may automatically ask if you would like the program to remember your login and password. Since this is just the setup for other user's passwords, you should always choose "No" at this prompt.
